Principal NetSuite Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic vision and thought leadership in the planning and execution of NetSuite initiatives. Work closely with senior management to establish the vision, objectives, and roadmap for our NetSuite practice.

• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for key client accounts. Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business goals, identify optimization opportunities, and create customized NetSuite solutions that deliver measurable results.

• Oversee the design and implementation of sophisticated NetSuite solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices, scalability, and sustainability. Offer guidance on customization, integration, and optimization strategies to enhance the value of the NetSuite platform.

• Mentor and coach junior consultants, promoting their professional development and expertise in NetSuite. Lead by example, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices to enhance the team's capabilities.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations within the NetSuite ecosystem. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop new methodologies, and contribute to the growth of our NetSuite practice.

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and champion for their success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation, customization, and optimization.

• Proven expertise in solution architecture, with a comprehensive understanding of NetSuite modules, features, and functionalities.

• A demonstrated history of successfully leading large-scale NetSuite projects from start to finish, delivering quantifiable business value.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire confidence across all organizational levels.

• Strong leadership skills, with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing talent.

• A strategic thinker with a results-driven mentality, capable of fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
