This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and implement relevant reporting and analytical solutions for customers.
• Lead and manage the reporting workstream(s), ensuring timely delivery and achieving results.
• Conduct discovery sessions to thoroughly understand and document customers' reporting requirements.
• Design and execute reports to meet intricate customer needs.
• Support customers in testing reporting solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure success post-production.
• Engage in internal initiatives and contribute to process enhancements.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Workday Reporting and Prism, OR 6+ years of experience in integration development or report building, OR 6+ years in technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR 6+ years in Human Resource, Payroll, or Financial domains within a Government environment.
• At least 5 years of experience with Workday Reporting and Prism, OR 8+ years in integration development or report building, OR 8+ years in technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR 8+ years in Human Resource, Payroll, or Financial domains within a Government context.
• A strong dedication to fostering a fun and diverse workplace that embodies Workday’s VIBE culture.
• Experience working within or collaborating with the State and Local Government sector.
• Proficiency in Workday Prism and/or SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll reporting.
• Experience in a leadership capacity during a software, system, or application implementation.
• High-level skills to design, develop, and deploy analytical and reporting solutions for clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire software implementation lifecycle, including gathering report requirements, design, development, testing, and production transition.
• Advanced expertise with Workday reporting technologies such as report writer, discovery boards, scorecards, Prism, and dashboards.
• Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification is required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to adapt communication styles for diverse audiences.
• Proven capacity for learning agility, quickly adapting to new situations, learning from experiences, and applying knowledge to resolve issues and foster innovation.
• Extensive product knowledge, including a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, applications, and market positioning.
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to comprehend, apply, and troubleshoot technical information and systems to improve efficiency and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
