Solution Consultant, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor for enterprise clients.

• Facilitate complex customer engagements and manage work streams effectively.

• Assist customers and team members in implementing technologies that enhance business value.

• Recognize and proactively address risks through effective resolution strategies.

• Negotiate solutions to intricate challenges with clients and third-party partners.

• Evaluate and refine project artifacts to ensure solutions remain maintainable and scalable.

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and clients to design Salesforce technology solutions.

• Contribute to the program's vision, business cases, justification, monitoring, and delivery throughout its lifecycle.

• Provide advice on program and project strategies that involve enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform.

• Engage in internal initiatives, community knowledge sharing, and the growth of consulting practices.

• Travel approximately 25% depending on customer requirements.

• Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes using technology and integration.

• Proficient in solving complex issues.

• Willingness and capability to travel 25% based on client needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred; equivalent validated work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Proven track record of converting business user stories into technical requirements documents.

• Demonstrated success in leading customer and/or partner outcomes.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience highly recommended.
