Solution Consultant – Pre-Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitates discovery sessions to gain insight into customer business goals, workflows, and technical needs.

• Develops solution architectures that align with ARKANCE offerings, Autodesk technologies, and industry best practices; balancing value, complexity, and feasibility of delivery.

• Collaborates with Sales to enhance account understanding, formulate deal strategies, and create customer engagement plans.

• Conducts customized product presentations, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs; offers competitive analysis throughout the sales process.

• Drafts scopes of work, estimates, and proposal contributions; ensures solutions are accurately defined, well-documented, and in line with delivery capabilities.

• Aids customer success through technical implementation, consulting, mentoring, and training services as needed.

• Offers technical guidance to Professional Services delivery teams to ensure solutions are executed as planned.

• Contributes to the creation of best practices, templates, demos, and materials for sales enablement.

• Represents ARKANCE at industry events, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk solutions and complementary AECO technologies throughout the entire AEC&O industry.

• Strong comprehension of industry design, delivery, and BIM collaboration workflows.

• Focused on infrastructure/government sectors.

• 5–7 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions consulting, with a proven track record in managing complex deals.

• Outstanding presentation, demonstration, and storytelling abilities in customer-facing situations.

• Demonstrated capability to influence deal strategies and interact credibly with executive decision-makers.
