This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Participate in discovery calls alongside sales executives to gain insight into prospect challenges and determine how CoCounsel Legal’s offerings can meet their needs.
• Tailor product features to align with the prospect’s vision and operational necessities.
• Showcase CoCounsel Legal solutions to potential clients, illustrating how technology can revolutionize legal workflows.
• Articulate the value and vision of legal technology for legal departments and its role in the overall transformation of legal operations.
• Provide customer success stories that emphasize the effectiveness and unique advantages of CoCounsel Legal’s tools in resolving business challenges.
• Utilize business value calculators to aid prospects in quantifying the advantages of adopting CoCounsel Legal solutions.
• Work closely with professional services and data security teams throughout the sales process.
• Generate and propose innovative ideas to exhibit the impact of technology within legal operations.
• Regularly update and manage sales opportunities and activities in Salesforce.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals for CoCounsel Legal solutions.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a JD is preferred.
• Have over 5 years of technical sales experience in software solutions.
• Capable of understanding and articulating complex technology visions and value propositions concerning generative AI solutions.
• Demonstrated pre-sales experience targeting and showcasing software solutions to large, multinational enterprises.
• Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and presenting to mid-level and C-suite executives.
• In-depth knowledge of the legal market and CoCounsel; experience in building AI agents and creating legal AI use cases is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%; adaptable to working across various time zones as necessary.
