• Serve as the essential link between our clients and our internal technical teams, ensuring the successful execution of employee benefits portal implementations.
• Collect and translate requirements into high-quality, best-practice solutions that provide an outstanding user experience.
• Assume ownership of designs, confidently articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while closely collaborating with technical experts.
• Lead the collaboration efforts with customers, brokers, and benefit providers throughout implementation projects in the UK&I and international markets.
• Gather, document, and analyze customer requirements, generating detailed solution designs that align with Benifex best practices.
• Partner with technical colleagues to develop feasible, scalable solutions that align with customer objectives utilizing Benifex technology.
• Proactively identify risks, exceptions, and edge cases early on, designing robust end-to-end processes and workflows.
• Deliver solutions with a strong emphasis on user experience for both employees and customer administrators.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert on benefits, Benifex solutions, and integrations for internal teams.
• Support product development initiatives by providing customer and market insights.
• Contribute to and continuously enhance Benifex best-practice libraries, processes, and implementation standards.
• Share expertise and serve as a role model within the consulting community, aiding in the development of others.
• Continuously research and broaden understanding of the global benefits landscape.
• Experience in a customer-facing, requirements-gathering role within a project delivery environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer projects concurrently.
• Experience with system integration projects, particularly in HR or Payroll integrations.
• Strong ownership mindset with a completer-finisher approach and high accountability.
• Evidence of proactively driving improvements and constructively questioning the status quo.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex or technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Confidence in handling challenging conversations with empathy and fairness.
• A collaborative team player with a solution-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with technology and logical process design.
• Bonus points for experience in the benefits/HR/technology/payroll industry in a consulting or implementation capacity.
• Engage in complex, diverse implementation projects across the UK&I and international markets, ensuring your work remains challenging and rewarding.
• Develop deep expertise in benefits technology, integrations, and the global benefits landscape, with clear pathways for growth at various seniority levels.
• Be entrusted to own your solutions end-to-end, acting as a key advisor to customers, brokers, and benefit providers.
• Represented as a solution expert in sales meetings when necessary.
