Solution Architect – Industry Innovation, Co-Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive design of solutions for key customer initiatives.

• Interact directly with executives and business stakeholders to shape strategy and promote adoption.

• Mentor Solution Engineers and Consultants, ensuring quality control and providing guidance.

• Serve as a thought leader for InnoCoDev, influencing customer results and industry standards.

• Work closely with Product Development to integrate practical insights into the Guidewire roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years in P&C insurance technology, solution architecture, or consulting.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional programs and mentor teams effectively.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms, with a preference for Guidewire.

• Acknowledged as a trusted advisor by clients, with experience in presenting to senior leadership.
