This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead and facilitate technical and business discussions related to the future architectural direction across the product portfolio or product line.
• Evaluate design and formulate a roadmap and implementation strategy based on a comparison of current and future states from a cohesive architectural perspective.
• Review, analyze, and establish architectural requirements at the domain level within the product portfolio or team.
• Engage in the governance model of enterprise architecture domains.
• Contribute to the creation of software and data delivery platforms featuring reusable components that can be orchestrated in various ways.
• Lead the exploration and assessment of emerging technologies, industry developments, and market trends to support project development and operational activities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related STEM majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Ability to advise customers on aligning outcomes with desired technical solutions at an enterprise level.
• Capacity to analyze, design, and create a software solution roadmap and implementation plan based on the current versus future state of the business.
• Proficient understanding of configuration options and their associated cost implications; experienced in complex solution configurations.
• Familiarity with the complete range of solution offerings within a business unit and capable of discussing the overall solution in depth.
• Experience maintaining operational stability throughout various lifecycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, decommissioning); skilled in provisioning and budgeting through capital and operating methods.
• Competent in leading early-stage customer interactions; able to guide customers in developing confidence and comfort with approaches while integrating with their existing technology investments.
• Understanding of how both internal and external business models function and the ability to foster active customer engagement.
• Must be proficient in English and possess extensive knowledge of the full solution catalog within a business unit, with the ability to discuss each area at an advanced level.
