This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Design, construct, and deploy sophisticated Conversational AI solutions for clients and partners.

• Oversee high-impact initiatives and deliver in-depth technical insights.

• Ensure that customers derive maximum value from the platform.

• Lead complex projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) stages to complete implementation.

• Provide innovative technical solutions and address advanced technical challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business development and offer valuable insights.

• Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and share best practices to empower customers and partners.

• Create detailed technical documentation and ensure the resolution of intricate issues.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.

• Proven track record with Cognigy or comparable Conversational AI platforms.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing complex technical issues.

• Strong ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Exceptional skill in effectively communicating technical concepts.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Proficient in JavaScript and Python, with experience in back-end integrations.

• Front-End Design proficiency: HTML and CSS.

• Back-End Development expertise: server-side applications and data manipulation.
