• Accountable for leading diverse agile teams to create and implement high-quality solutions.

• Collaborate with customer architects to finalize both functional and non-functional designs.

• Provide guidance to customers and managers regarding estimated efforts, technical implications, and complexities related to designs.

• Oversee, mentor, and develop a small team with an emphasis on performance and career progression.

• Offer direction and leadership to your team in tackling complex challenges.

• Establish policies and standards in collaboration with peers and mentor team members.

• Proven success in delivering software designs for multi-tiered modern software applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of whole solution architecture concepts and the ability to communicate and negotiate these with customer architects.

• Capable of prioritizing non-functional concerns for customers and has experience integrating these into application design.

• Familiarity with public cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings.

• Proficient in clearly articulating technical designs through conversation, documentation, and presentations.

• Competent in making effective decisions in a fast-paced delivery environment.

• Demonstrated capability in managing, coaching, and developing junior team members and the broader community.
