This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Conduct weekly grower meetings during the spring and fall selling seasons (10 meetings each season)
• Enhance meeting participation through outreach efforts, referrals, and strategic territory planning
• Present soil health topics in a peer-based, trust-centered approach to groups of 5–20 growers
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Agronomists to provide an exceptional field experience
• Act as the primary contact for grower engagement and onboarding processes
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and deliver timely follow-ups on grower commitments
• Engage in team meetings, coaching sessions, and cross-functional huddles to foster pod success
• Continuously enhance agronomic and sales communication competencies through Thrive Hive enablement programs
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of effectively addressing both small and large audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience collaborating directly with farmers
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
• Willingness and ability to travel within the region
• Enthusiasm for sustainable/regenerative agriculture; soil health knowledge is a plus but can be trained
• Valid Driver’s License
