Software/AI Engineer, Python, TypeScript, AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance AI agents that are utilized by real customers on a daily basis

• Design and refine agent runtimes, memory systems, tool orchestration, and evaluation frameworks

• Create integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, Notion, QuickBooks, Shopify, and others

• Construct scalable backend services using Python and modern frontend solutions with TypeScript and React

• Improve infrastructure for reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness

• Quickly and continuously deploy production-ready features

• Assume responsibility for technical decisions and product outcomes from inception to deployment

⛳️ Requirements

• Residing in Poland with valid work authorization

• Proficient experience in Python and TypeScript

• Experience in constructing or significantly altering AI agents

• Practical experience with contemporary AI development processes and AI-assisted coding tools

• Strong knowledge of scalable systems, architecture, and technical trade-offs

• Full-stack development experience across both frontend and backend systems

• Ability to act swiftly and deliver production-ready code with minimal supervision
