This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees the operational coordination of the software sales lifecycle from lead generation to collections.
• Assists the current customer installation base by generating subscription modification orders as necessary.
• Participates in customer calls and meetings to offer operational subject matter expertise on intricate software deals.
• Serves as the main internal contact for functional teams like finance, billing, accounts receivable, and logistics regarding software transactions.
• Facilitates vendor registrations and deals to support the sales process for software offerings.
• Models subscription alterations to help prepare for True Forwards and to align with customer expectations.
• Stays updated on all licensing and procedural changes related to software subscriptions and enterprise agreements.
• Keeps management informed by submitting reports on activities and results, including weekly status updates and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Enhances professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, building personal networks, and engaging in professional societies.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Software, Licensing, or Services sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in customer service satisfaction and sales success.
• Capable of meeting and surpassing goals and targets.
• Familiarity with Cisco Software Licensing and Features for various Software Enterprise Agreements, including Collaboration Licensing Agreements, Security Enterprise Agreements, Digital Infrastructure Licensing (such as Switching, Routing, and Wireless), as well as Data Center and Virtualization Software Agreements.
