This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel sales achievements by identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting sales calls, and overseeing the complete sales process.
• Engage with a wide array of stakeholders, from executive leadership to operational team members.
• Tackle workflow challenges, align product advantages with specific requirements, and establish commercial terms.
• Create new leads through prospecting and networking efforts, including cold outreach.
• Partner with Clarivate Academic and Government Account Managers on various opportunities.
• Inspire and motivate others within a matrixed sales organization to collaborate and work towards common objectives.
• Concentrate on new business development as part of broadening the Ex Libris/Clarivate teaching and learning software product offerings.
• Promote client satisfaction and ensure issue resolution in collaboration with customer support and success teams as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience.
• At least 3 years of sales experience as an individual contributor in selling SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales and qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, and Solution.
• Demonstrated sales success with deal sizes ranging from $25k to $250k.
• Outstanding negotiation, verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
