Software Quality Assurance Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and maintain automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications utilizing Selenium WebDriver, Java, Jenkins, and associated technologies.

• Develop and execute automated tests for various types, including unit, functional, integration, API, regression, UAT, and production validation.

• Leverage AI-driven testing tools to enhance test coverage, improve defect detection, and ensure regression reliability.

• Formulate and sustain test strategies, plans, and scripts that align with business requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Oversee the test case repository to guarantee that all testing assets are up-to-date, reusable, and associated with requirements.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

• Evaluate automated test execution outcomes, conduct root cause analysis on defects, and troubleshoot any failures.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to determine testing requirements and set quality standards.

• Create user-friendly reporting dashboards and quality metrics for both business and IT leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software automation testing and quality assurance in enterprise application environments.

• More than 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks.

• At least 4 years of experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating automated test scripts and regression suites with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Jenkins, JUnit, or WebLOAD (or similar).

• Over 3 years of experience implementing and maintaining components of automation frameworks to ensure reliable test execution.

• At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.

• Strong technical expertise in Selenium WebDriver, CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins), and automated regression strategies.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate efficiently in a team environment and convey technical findings to stakeholders.

• An analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality, error-free software.
