Quality Assurance Engineer – 4 Month Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the QA standards and procedures for your team, serving as an internal mentor.

• Engage actively in sprint ceremonies while consistently reviewing team workflows.

• Design and maintain clear, comprehensible test documentation and compliance records.

• Create, develop, and sustain both manual exploratory tests and automated test suites.

• Enhance and broaden our automated testing frameworks using contemporary tools.

• Evaluate test outcomes and convey intricate technical insights to developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience as a QA Software Engineer in dynamic, agile product environments.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing automated testing tools and developing robust testing frameworks from the ground up.

• Practical experience with JavaScript, Playwright, and Postman is highly beneficial.

• Proven ability to create detailed, well-organized test plans and complex data-driven test cases.

• Proficient in English with the capability to facilitate communication between technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Available immediately for a 4-month maternity cover contract.
