Scrum Master / QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Conducting both manual and automated testing, which includes the creation, execution, and follow-up of test cases.

• Gaining an understanding of dependent systems and validating integrations from end to end.

• Managing and overseeing test environments to ensure the availability of services.

• Collaborating with interdependent teams to obtain and verify test data.

• Enhancing production stability by analyzing incidents, replicating issues, and providing detailed defect descriptions to developers.

• Promoting agile methodologies, facilitating retrospectives, and ensuring adherence to Scrum processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Manual Testing.

• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.

• Proficient in Test Case development.

• Background in Quality Assurance (QA).

• Knowledge of Automation testing.

• Proficiency in English.
