Software Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, revise, and uphold testing standards and procedures.

• Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance test coverage, improve defect detection, and ensure regression reliability.

• Comprehend test plans, test scripts, test cases, and the connections to requirements and completion criteria.

• Oversee the Test Case Repository and keep test cases current.

• Engage in collaborative sessions to formulate test plans and establish testing criteria.

• Create an automation framework utilizing Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins infrastructure.

• Take responsibility for the upkeep of the automation framework and regression test suites.

• Manage the planning and oversight of test environments.

• Analyze and interact with intricate sets of automated test assets, providing insights into alternatives or enhancements to testing systems, framework components, databases, and servers.

• Offer solutions and recommendations for executing automated tests and troubleshoot any test failures.

• Deliver a user-friendly reporting framework for automated test outcomes relevant to QA, UAT, Business, and IT Management.

• Identify and monitor system defects, performing root cause analyses and collaborating with the development team for resolution.

• Collaborate with other QA professionals and architects to establish quality assurance standards and best practices.

• Conduct and coordinate system verification and validation testing activities using various tools.

• Execute quality assurance testing activities to ensure applications, products, and/or releases adhere to organizational Quality Assurance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 years of experience in test automation skills.

• 5 years of experience in Test Driven Development, Acceptance Test Driven Development, and Behavior Driven Development.

• 4 years of experience in creating automated tests and regression test suites with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Web Load, Jenkins, and JUnit.

• 3 years of knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining framework components to support test execution.

• 3 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• 2 years of experience in Java programming/scripting.

• 1 year of experience utilizing AI to develop and execute automated test cases.
