Software Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create test plans and scenarios that align with specified requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure traceability exists between requirements, test cases, and outcomes.

• Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing.

• Detect unforeseen scenarios and unexpected behaviors.

• Categorize defects based on severity and impact.

• Document defects with clear, reproducible evidence.

• Prepare test data and scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT)/approval.

• Facilitate UAT with client stakeholders.

• Document evidence and the acceptance of approved functionalities.

• Collaborate with Product, Development, and business teams.

• Provide support in determining whether to release or withhold deliveries based on quality metrics.

• Validate enterprise software solutions with a significant emphasis on AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise software quality assurance.

• Experience in creating test plans and test cases.

• Proficiency in functional, exploratory, and regression testing.

• Ability to construct tests based on acceptance criteria.

• Ensure traceability between requirements and test scenarios.

• Consistent engagement with Artificial Intelligence methodologies.

• Skilled in identifying and documenting defects.

• Ability to categorize defects by severity and impact.

• Record reproducible evidence of defects.

• Validate fixes and perform retesting as necessary.

• Experience with user acceptance testing.

• Proficient in test data preparation.

• Prepare UAT/approval scripts effectively.

• Engage with client users and stakeholders during testing.

• Maintain formal documentation of results and acceptance.

• Preferred: experience in end-to-end test automation.

• Preferred: background in highly complex enterprise projects.

• Preferred: experience in conducting assisted UAT with clients.

• Bachelor's degree or Technologist qualification as indicated in the structured job data.
