Software Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute technical solutions for the utilities and energy sectors, with an emphasis on Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies.

• Assess business requirements to customize Resource Innovations' SaaS-based offerings, enhance workflows, and improve system efficiency.

• Offer expert guidance on product setup, implementation, and continuous support while creating technical documentation, performing gap analyses, and ensuring smooth software integration.

• Optimize system implementation and minimize manual inefficiencies through automation to achieve cost savings, boost performance, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code/no-code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation solutions.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

• A keen interest in sustainability and a strong desire to deliver technology solutions that generate significant business impact.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in configuring enterprise SaaS applications using low-code/no-code platforms, SQL, JavaScript, and business process automation.

• Familiarity with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Experience in the utility, clean energy, or regulated sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
