This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engages with clients post-sale to showcase the software's features and functionalities.
• Executes system configuration tasks as directed by the manager.
• Oversees routine implementations for small-market clients.
• Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of Raptor products.
• Follows departmental processes and procedures while maintaining accurate records.
• Configures and tailors software modules, including Visitor Management, Kiosk, Premium Volunteer, Drill Manager, Raptor Alert, Accountability, StudentSafe, and SchoolPass, based on client specifications.
• Sends summary emails to clients, offering call recaps, additional resources, and pertinent information.
• Keeps precise and current records in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry, Chatter management, and document uploads.
• Facilitates product configuration sessions via Teams for clients, ensuring they grasp the features and functionality of the software modules.
• Manages auxiliary tasks such as CRG Maps, Imports, GeoFencing, and Drill Backdating as assigned.
• Oversees client projects to ensure full implementation of Visitor Management, Kiosk, and Premium Volunteer.
• Performs other relevant tasks as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a project management and customer-centric role.
• At least 3 years of experience in a software implementation position within a SaaS environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong understanding of software and applications.
• Technical acumen and practical experience.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide others effectively.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Keen attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of strategic and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license to fulfill job-related travel and transportation requirements.
