This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and project activities within the Application Development team.

• Inspire, motivate, and engage team members to foster a culture of excellence.

• Develop SOLID code by employing test-driven development practices.

• Design, code, configure, unit test, and deploy applications that align with both technical and business requirements.

• Carry out development tasks according to project schedules.

• Build strong relationships with internal clients by involving them in Agile development initiatives.

• Maintain a low level of technical debt by ensuring a clean, high-quality codebase.

• Engage in requirements gathering sessions with analysts, end-users, and management.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to enhance their skills.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of enterprise-level software development experience utilizing the Microsoft technology stack.

• Technical certifications such as MCSD or MCPD are advantageous.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong decision-making skills, and effective team management capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• Experience with Scrum/Agile project methodologies.

• An energetic and motivated personality.
