Software Engineering, AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments that involve bug fixing, feature implementation, refactoring, and testing.

• Compose clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Build and enhance unit and integration test suites.

• Assess peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure modes.

• Guarantee consistency between specifications, code, and anticipated outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is a plus.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate complex, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and executing production migrations.

• Advanced proficiency in professional written English.
