Software Engineer, User Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create AI-driven systems that aggregate customer signals on a large scale — distinguishing important insights from the noise, directing feedback to appropriate teams, and highlighting the customer voice in ways that influence product decisions.

• Develop dashboards and data pipelines that provide engineering and product leaders with real-time insights into bug frequency, quality patterns, and the status of their domains — categorized by product area, severity, and over time.

• Construct intelligent bug intake and triage systems — transitioning from manual, inconsistent prioritization to automated pipelines that generate clear and prioritized bug reports efficiently.

• Establish integrations within our tooling ecosystem (such as ticketing systems, payment processes, CRM, data warehouse, etc.) to facilitate smooth workflows.

• Collaborate with domain experts and support engineers to pinpoint issues and deliver solutions promptly — you're building for an internal team that will provide clear feedback on what requires attention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience working cross-functionally to implement significant, technical projects and systems.

• Background in developing internal tools, developer platforms, or operational infrastructure.

• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities — you are adept at managing projects from the database to the user interface.

• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tools.

• Comprehensive product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows.

• Experience with third-party platform integrations (such as ticketing systems, payment processors, CRMs).

• A strong sense of ownership coupled with a proactive approach — you deliver quickly and refine based on user feedback.

• A self-motivated individual with curiosity, creativity, and a preference for minimizing manual tasks.
