This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new SDK users by leading virtual sessions or traveling onsite for training.
• Deliver external SDK support services, which include troubleshooting development environments and conducting code reviews that meet general standards for code quality, stability, and supportability.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Lumin Digital tech stack platform to accurately assess development projects of varying complexities, from small-scale to large-scale.
• Work collaboratively with other developers and product owners to craft fair, legally binding statements of work, resulting in proposals that mitigate risks of scope creep.
• Demonstrate adaptability by engaging in product development across various subject matter areas of the product suite, from backend to frontend, for numerous integrations and features within the product.
• Offer solution consulting services to clients, addressing gaps and other challenges in user workflows or back-office operations.
• Produce well-structured, testable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, including product management, implementations, customer support, and sales.
• Ensure smooth production operations by supporting ongoing performance and timely incident resolution.
• Contribute to a high-performing development team, promoting collaboration and continuous enhancement.
• Take on multiple roles to guide the team towards success by continually enhancing efficiencies using the Atlassian product suite and naturally leading change in a rapidly growing organization.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and architecture, with some of those years in client-facing roles.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, particularly those involving SDKs and extensive API integration projects.
• Proficiency in microservice architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
