This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• In the role of a Software Developer, you will set an example as a leader, serving as a subject matter expert while guiding the strategic technical direction.
• You will regularly engage with key client stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to demonstrate business ROI through innovative greenfield technology solutions.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, including Angular and React.
• Previous experience in high-growth technology companies and/or startups is preferred.
• Familiarity with scrum methodologies, unit testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience with relational databases and AWS.
• Relevant professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting.
• A four-year degree or successful completion of a respected bootcamp/accelerator, or an extensive mentorship program.
• Ability to successfully tackle Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to influence, exhibit professionalism and accountability, a passion for learning, a collaborative mindset, and a sense of shared responsibility.
