Software Engineer, Quality Platform

📋 Description

• Develop AI Agents for the Testing Lifecycle: Conceptualize and create AI agents that assist developers and quality engineers throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Enhance AI-Native Quality: Go beyond conventional automation by constructing systems that adjust test coverage in response to code modifications.

• Boost Developer and QE Productivity: Recognize bottlenecks in testing and CI/CD processes, and address them through intelligent automation.

• Incorporate AI into Engineering Workflows: Integrate AI functionalities into development settings for contextual insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering within high-scale environments.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, developer experience tools, or quality engineering platforms.

• Practical experience in building applications using LLMs (prompting, APIs, RAG, evaluation, or similar) is highly desirable.

• Experience in constructing both client and server-side systems (web/mobile stacks and backend services).

• Knowledge of distributed systems, CI/CD workflows, and large-scale software architectures.

• Capability to navigate through uncertainty and design effective, scalable solutions.

• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly across teams.
