This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop test documentation, conduct end-to-end testing, and create as well as execute automated test cases.

• Convert business requirements and processes into technical specifications and configuration settings.

• Identify and evaluate risks associated with programs or projects and propose risk mitigation strategies.

• Formulate test strategies to ensure solutions meet functionality, performance, and reliability standards.

• Collaborate with team leaders and engineering resources to strategize the testing methodology.

• Efficiently carry out end-to-end testing in accordance with established deadlines.

• Provide support and complete test orchestration requiring problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Record, log, and monitor defects within the system and facilitate their resolution.

• Evaluate test outcomes to identify and document defects or unsatisfactory results.

• Guide projects from a quality assurance standpoint with a focus on end-user experience.

• Independently manage a workstream/product line throughout the entire project life cycle.

• Engage in daily engineering meetings to update teammates and management on project status.

• Assist the internal support team with product defect investigations as necessary.

• Diagnose and analyze technical issues related to software applications and reporting.

• Share product expertise in training and implementation settings.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent education or work experience.

• 2-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role.

• Experience with system, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Proficient in testing plans, documentation, processes, and execution across multiple development deliverables.

• A minimum of 2 years of SQL or relevant database experience.

• Familiarity with traditional Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in at least one of the following programming languages: C#, Java, or Python.

• Knowledge of test automation using Selenium.
