Software Engineer, Python, TypeScript, AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance AI agents utilized by real users on a daily basis

• Design and refine agent runtimes, memory systems, tool orchestration, and evaluation frameworks

• Create integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, Notion, QuickBooks, Shopify, and others

• Construct scalable backend services with Python and deliver modern frontend experiences using TypeScript and React

• Improve infrastructure, reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness

• Rapidly and continuously deploy production-ready features

• Assume responsibility for technical decisions and product outcomes throughout the process from concept to deployment

⛳️ Requirements

• Residing in Poland with valid work authorization

• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript

• Experience in building or significantly modifying AI agents

• Practical experience with contemporary AI development workflows and AI-assisted coding tools

• Deep understanding of scalable systems, architecture, and technical trade-offs

• Full-stack development experience across both frontend and backend systems

• Ability to work swiftly and deliver production-ready code with minimal supervision
