This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Developing, maintaining, and expanding the analytics platform infrastructure that serves as the foundation for analytics, data science, and reporting capabilities;

• Designing and overseeing data ingestion pipelines, ensuring a dependable and timely flow from various sources;

• Implementing and managing containerized environments using Docker and orchestrating with Kubernetes;

• Facilitating continuous integration and delivery of platform components through GitHub Actions;

• Collaborating closely with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analysts to provide scalable, high-performance solutions;

• Monitoring platform performance, pinpointing bottlenecks, and executing enhancements for reliability and efficiency;

• Engaging in team knowledge-sharing sessions, demonstrations, and internal workshops to advocate for best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated commercial experience in Azure or other cloud platforms

• Strong expertise in Python for scripting, automation, and pipeline development

• Experience with data ingestion and orchestration tools, such as Airbyte, Snowflake, or similar

• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (GitHub Actions or equivalent)

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform

• Exposure to dbt or comparable data transformation tools is advantageous

• Understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and platform scalability

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to troubleshoot production issues under pressure

• Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
