Software Engineer – Product Minded

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• You will work at the core of the backend platform with real ownership over requirements gathering and associated developments.

• This involves reading code, understanding the context, proposing architectural solutions, and deploying them into production.

• You will conduct code reviews with an understanding of why a feature exists, not just whether it compiles.

• You will collaborate with the team on priorities and trade-offs.

• Your primary focus will be backend development, but you will also engage with the entire stack when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js in production environments.

• Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, and (micro)service architectures.

• Experience with AWS (ECS Fargate, Lambda) and infrastructure as code (CDK).

• Habitual use of test coverage, systematic code reviews, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, APM).

• Experience with high availability architectures and performance optimization at scale.

• Proficient in professional English.
