📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive product experiences from start to finish — Take ownership of customer-facing features from concept to production, encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and AI-driven workflows.

• Spearhead frontend implementation for intricate products — Create intuitive and high-performing user experiences while exercising sound judgment regarding frontend architecture, state management, and application design.

• Enhance our frontend infrastructure — Boost performance, maintainability, developer experience, and technical quality throughout our React application. Lead significant upgrades and architectural enhancements as necessary.

• Design reusable systems and patterns — Construct thoughtful abstractions, components, and frameworks that enable the team to accelerate progress without compromising product quality.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams — Transform unclear customer challenges into refined product experiences and iterate swiftly based on user feedback.

• Influence the future of AI-assisted software development — Assess, experiment with, and implement AI coding agents and development workflows. Assist in determining how engineers and AI can collaborate to create products more efficiently, with improved quality and leverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on building and delivering production software.

• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities, with the ability to navigate seamlessly between frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.

• Outstanding frontend engineering fundamentals, including experience in developing extensive React applications and making informed choices regarding architecture, performance, maintainability, and developer experience.

• A robust product mindset and proven history of managing customer-facing features from conception to launch.

• Experience working closely with product managers and designers to convert ambiguous issues into refined user experiences.

• Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.

• A proactive attitude towards ownership and execution, particularly in dynamic environments where priorities shift rapidly.

• Familiarity with using AI coding agents in your everyday workflow and enthusiasm for the transformative impact of AI on software development.
