Senior Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain front-end applications utilizing React, with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability;

• Develop interfaces in accordance with design systems and component libraries (like Material-UI);

• Collaborate with back-end developers, UX designers, and product teams to provide cohesive solutions;

• Engage in system modernization and evolution initiatives, which may include integrating or replacing legacy technologies;

• Suggest technical enhancements and best practices for front-end architecture;

• Participate in various projects and client environments over time, based on demand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;

• Extensive senior-level experience with React (including hooks, state management, componentization, and performance);

• Familiarity with Material-UI or similar UI libraries;

• Proficiency in additional front-end technologies and frameworks (a broad understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem is preferred, including frameworks like Vue.js and traditional templating engines);

• Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development practices;

• Strong communication abilities, independence, and technical insight to operate across various contexts and projects.

• Nice to have:

• Experience in migration or modernization projects involving legacy systems;

• Familiarity with automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library);

• Experience with agile methodologies;

• Capability to adapt to different technology stacks and client settings.
