Software Engineer – PIX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain applications utilizing: Java 11+, Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data)

• Analyze and address critical incidents

• Investigate root causes of systemic issues and recommend definitive solutions

• Support the development of transactional applications within the acquiring ecosystem

• Collaborate with integrations and financial messaging

• Operate within AWS Cloud environments

• Ensure the stability, performance, and quality of applications

• Work alongside cross-functional teams in an agile setting

• Mentor and assist less experienced technical team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with: Java 11+

• Spring Boot

• Spring Cloud

• Spring Data

• Strong understanding of acquiring/payment processing: transaction flow, authorization, capture, reversal, ISO 8583

• Practical experience with Payware Acquirer

• Experience with Payware Issuer is advantageous

• Experience in AWS environments: EC2, Lambda, SQS, RDS, CloudWatch

• Advanced SQL skills: PostgreSQL, Oracle

• Preferred: Knowledge of PCI-DSS

• Application security

• Familiarity with APM tools: New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace

• Experience with: Scrum, Kanban
