Software Engineer – Netsuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and enhance SuiteCommerce solutions specifically designed for the financial services and fintech sectors.

• Build custom SCA extensions, SSP applications, and backend functionalities utilizing SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Backbone.js.

• Integrate external systems and services through REST/SOAP APIs.

• Establish and maintain connections with payment gateways, compliance tools, and third-party financial software.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to improve SuiteCommerce's eCommerce and client portal features for financial clients.

• Keep track of and implement updates to NetSuite and SuiteCommerce to guarantee compatibility and enable new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of practical development experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA).

• Demonstrated expertise in financial workflows, accounting modules, and payment processing within NetSuite.

• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including custom records, workflows, and integration frameworks.

• Proficient front-end development skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and optimizing performance for SuiteCommerce UX/UI.

• Understanding of NetSuite deployment procedures (SSP applications, themes, extensions).

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

• NetSuite Certified SuiteCommerce Developer or NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant is an advantage.

• Experience in integrating NetSuite with financial risk management tools, fraud detection systems, or accounting platforms like QuickBooks is a bonus.
