Software Engineer – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for designing, proposing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for systems and integrations.

• Engage in all phases of development for projects initiated by business stakeholders directed to the IT department.

• Contribute as a member of a multidisciplinary team and take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle.

• Involve yourself in software development projects, proposing, developing, and delivering technical solutions that are both secure and scalable.

• Have a background as a Full-Stack developer.

• Knowledgeable about development best practices.

• Collaborate with other team members to address existing challenges.

• Write, code, and test software for the systems being developed.

• Identify and resolve bugs.

• Maintain current systems.

• Proficient in both front-end and back-end coding languages.

• Adaptable and capable of communicating effectively with professionals from various backgrounds.

• Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies.

• Possess a critical mindset to assess your own code and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to learn independently.

• Enjoy facing daily challenges and solving performance and architectural issues.

• Strong technical foundation coupled with soft skills to foster good relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience working on large or complex projects.

• Adaptable and flexible in response to changes and various working arrangements.

• Meet commitments by delivering agreed-upon tasks on time within scheduled timelines.

• Possess the mindset to simplify complex implementations.

• Experience in system integrations, business analysis, and data architecture.

• Demonstrated experience as a full stack developer or in a similar capacity (minimum of 4 years).
