Software Engineer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements.

• Develop and implement features across multiple live applications.

• Create a reusable in-app support request widget that directs user-submitted tickets to the company’s intake system.

• Enhance existing REST APIs and create new endpoints as necessary.

• Troubleshoot bugs and implement improvements throughout the application portfolio.

• Keep current application documentation up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript with React, Next.js, or Vue).

• Experience in consuming and developing basic REST APIs.

• Familiarity with relational databases and fundamental SQL.

• Comfortable using Git and following a typical pull-request workflow.

• Preferred experience with deploying applications to a cloud platform (Cloudflare, Azure, AWS, Vercel, or similar).
