Software Engineer III, JavaScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create high-performance, distributed systems with low latency

• Architect, develop, and implement new features and functionalities

• Collaborate with Product to define requirements and manage projects from start to finish

• Partner with Product and UX teams to deliver a consumer-grade user experience and design for the enterprise

• Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams located in various regions

• Evaluate and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and stability of servers and processes

• Maintain a long-term perspective and seek comprehensive solutions rather than temporary fixes

• Recognize and eliminate unnecessary complexities

• Foster teamwork and collaboration

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in building SaaS applications using JavaScript/TypeScript

• Proficiency in React and Node.js

• Experience in designing database systems, including RDBMs or NoSQL

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services is a plus

• Experience in digital media, marketing technology, or advertising technology is highly desirable

• Strong communication skills in Polish and English
