This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain functionalities, APIs, and services.

• Build backend and frontend solutions utilizing C#/.NET, React, and TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and SQL databases.

• Engage in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews and implement engineering best practices.

• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Diagnose errors, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements.

• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong experience with C#/.NET.

• Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

• Experience using Git and modern version control workflows.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

• Solid conversational English / bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Enjoyment of hands-on development and working directly with code.
