
Software Engineer II β Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design and develop fullstack features for Threat Narrative and Email Details interfaces, which include components for customer portals, internal analyst tools, and QBR-facing outputs, under the guidance of senior engineers.
β’ Develop and enhance APIs and services that create enriched narratives from attack data, enrichment signals, and GenAI/LLM agents, adhering to established contracts and patterns.
β’ Contribute to data models and explainability contracts that aid in making complex threat decisions clearer to both customers and internal analysts.
β’ Produce high-quality, thoroughly tested code in Python/Django and React/Typescript, emphasizing correctness, performance, and maintainability.
β’ Take ownership of SLAs/SLOs, observability, and incident response for Threat Narrative and Email Details services by constructing and refining dashboards, alerts, and runbooks in your areas of responsibility.
β’ Work closely with Product, CS, GTM, Threat Intel, Detection, and DS partners to ensure that narrative experiences effectively convey attack context, value, and outcomes for customers.
β’ Participate in design and code reviews, learn from senior engineers, and identify opportunities to simplify, mitigate risks, and enhance existing systems.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of professional, production-level software engineering experience, demonstrating a history of shipping and operating fullstack web applications in cloud-native environments.
β’ Proficient in Python and Django (or a comparable backend framework), with experience working with Postgres or similar relational databases.
β’ Experienced in developing modern frontend applications using React and Typescript, particularly data-heavy or workflow-oriented UIs.
β’ Capable of designing and working with well-structured APIs and data models for data-intensive applications, with a focus on correctness and adaptability.
β’ Familiar with utilizing metrics, logging, and tracing to troubleshoot production issues and analyze user behavior in at least one previous system.
β’ Strong collaborative and communication skills, enabling effective work with Product and partner engineering teams to convert requirements into clear technical tasks.
β’ Experience with AI development tools.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ In addition to the base salary, this position may qualify for bonus or incentive compensation.
