This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in the design, implementation, and upkeep of both real-time and historical data pipelines, ensuring compliance with established procedures and best practices.

• Develop and sustain well-organized, documented libraries and APIs for managing, searching, and analyzing vehicle datasets.

• Collaborate on creating front-end interfaces to visualize data and enhance fleet operations.

• Work alongside cross-functional autonomy and platform teams to fulfill software requirements, ensuring system compatibility and synchronization.

• Independently assess technical approaches for assigned tasks, actively engaging in discussions about improvements and possible alternatives with the team.

• Employ rigorous testing and standard procedures to enhance data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Implement data quality checks and monitoring tools, remaining cognizant of the impact these systems have on product and business outcomes.

• Take initiative in professional development and technical expertise through research and application of industry standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.

• Over 2 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficient understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment methodologies.

• Familiarity with agile development practices and CI/CD methodologies.

• Experience in building and maintaining data-processing pipelines in a cloud environment (preferred).

• Knowledge of data warehousing or data lake concepts (preferred).

• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and telemetry systems (preferred).

• Comprehension of real-time data processing and distributed systems (preferred).
