Software Engineer II – Backend, PHP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of some of the most frequented entertainment websites on the Internet.

• Oversee the complete design process for applications and features from start to finish.

• Enhance web applications to ensure optimal performance at a massive scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Significant experience in developing modern web applications and proficiency in PHP.

• Strong skills in systems and API design.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience in enhancing application observability (including metrics, tracing, and alerting).

• Willingness to learn new technologies and venture outside your comfort zone.

• Motivation to address interesting and complex problems at scale.

• Enthusiasm for delivering well-organized, tested, maintainable, and valuable software.

• Proficient communication skills in English.
