Software Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Analyze technical specifications and adhere to predefined software designs for development, debugging, documentation, and testing.

• Modify, create, and implement software programming applications.

• Provide support and maintenance for existing software applications.

• Engage in the testing process to guarantee software quality and performance.

• Conduct maintenance, feature enhancement, quality assurance, documentation, and work related to infrastructure or performance across the application stack.

• Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and technical standards.

• Complete additional requests, projects, and assignments as directed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in software development.

• Proficient in developing applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Spring Boot, Angular, and jQuery.

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a capacity to take ownership and demonstrate sound judgment.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Experience utilizing Jira and Confluence or comparable development collaboration tools.

• Background in healthcare, healthcare technology, or software solutions that support healthcare organizations.
