Software Engineer I – Salesforce Integration, Tier 2 Security Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop systems and applications tailored to address intricate Salesforce integration business requirements

• Write, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex software applications that fulfill contact center integration needs

• Create comprehensive specifications that serve as a foundation for the development and coding of integration programs

• Verify that programs comply with standards, technical specifications, and relevant IT governance criteria

• Conduct technical analysis and manage component delivery across various integration workstreams

• Evaluate and collect data from existing Salesforce and contact center systems

• Assist in estimating software development costs and planning schedules

• Investigate emerging technologies and design methodologies to meet integration demands

• Collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient problem resolution and client satisfaction

• Complete assignments within projected timelines and budget constraints

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live initiatives

• Participate in scheduled and unscheduled meetings as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)

• 0–3 years of pertinent professional experience; no prior experience within the scope of the contract is required

• Understanding of software engineering practices, design techniques, and relevant tools

• Capability to review and work with legacy systems

• Current Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) is required at the time of engagement
