Software Engineer I, Backend – Servicing Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior work or internship experience in designing, developing, and launching large-scale backend systems.

• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Kotlin, or Java.

• Knowledgeable about the fundamental components of distributed systems and technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.

• Capable of navigating a substantial codebase, debugging others' code, and providing constructive feedback to fellow engineers during code reviews.

• Demonstrates ownership of personal growth by actively seeking feedback from team members, managers, and stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration with our global engineering team.
