Software Engineer I, Back-end – Repayment Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience or internships in designing, developing, and launching scalable backend systems.

• Proficient in either Python or Kotlin.

• Knowledgeable about distributed systems and technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.

• Capable of transforming simple problems or business scenarios into solutions that involve multiple software components.

• Excellent at writing clear, comprehensible, well-tested, and extensible code.

• Comfortable navigating extensive codebases, debugging others' code, and providing constructive feedback during code reviews.

• Proven track record of taking ownership of personal development, actively seeking feedback from teammates, managers, and stakeholders.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team.
