Software Engineer – Full-stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Build across the entire stack, transforming features from concept to launch on products you enhance or develop from the ground up.

• Prioritize AI-first development: orchestrate models and agents to draft, refactor, and explore, followed by reviewing, correcting, and making decisions.

• Develop and maintain our products comprehensively, from writing and refactoring code to diagnosing and resolving customer issues in production.

• Engage in design discussions and technical solutions, progressively taking ownership of the areas you contribute to.

• Utilize automated CI/CD pipelines and integrate testing as an essential part of the development process rather than an afterthought.

• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to grasp genuine needs and facilitate each feature from inception to completion.

• Propose your ideas and assist the team in aligning towards common objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer on contemporary web products (approximately 3–5 years).

• Proficient in TypeScript; adept in both frontend (preferably React/Svelte) and backend (Node) development.

• Strong judgment in working with AI models and agents — capable of reviewing, correcting, and taking responsibility for delivered products.

• Openness to engaging with customers and stakeholders, driving a feature from conception to completion, including support in production.

• Proficient in English to collaborate effectively within a distributed, international team.
