Software Engineer – Forward Deployed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents utilizing the Claude SDK to streamline operational workflows.

• Integrate AI agents with internal platforms such as Jira and Slack, as well as third-party APIs.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and product stakeholders to define and refine agent functionalities.

• Write clean, well-tested, and thoroughly documented code.

• Utilize AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, etc.) during the entire development process.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance agent reliability and performance in a production environment.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to the establishment of engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, OR a Master's degree in Computer Science.

• Proven experience in software development within a professional or academic context.

• Familiarity with the Claude SDK or similar LLM/agent development frameworks.

• Proficient in using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, etc.).

• Experience integrating third-party and internal APIs (e.g., Jira, Slack).

• Strong programming fundamentals.

• Nice to Have: Experience with LangGraph or Google ADK (Agent Development Kit).

• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Capability to pass a background check.
