• Scheduling thousands of support agents: Crafting and executing interfaces to gather and store team preferences along with customer business constraints (e.g., labor regulations), facilitating the development of optimal schedules for teams comprising thousands of support agents based on these forecasts and limitations.
• MLOps: Improving the efficiency and operations of machine learning to enable swift model deployment and iteration.
• Knowledge of ML packages and software: Proficiency in utilizing Python libraries such as pandas, SciPy, and seaborn for statistical or predictive tasks.
• Experience in ML or algorithmic teams: Prior involvement with a machine learning or algorithmic team.
