Software Engineer, Experience Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop secure, scalable features for the Paxos Dashboard, with an emphasis on user authentication, RBAC, and governance processes.

• Create and sustain API services that support essential dashboard functionality using programming languages such as Golang, Java, Python, or Kotlin.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between frontend interfaces and backend services.

• Develop and maintain shared libraries and components that guarantee consistency across Paxos services.

• Implement comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions utilizing tools like Datadog.

• Lead technical decisions and drive architectural enhancements that improve platform reliability and security.

• Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building and sustaining production-grade web applications and services.

• Strong expertise in at least one of the following: Golang, Java, Python, or Kotlin.

• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS services.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM, RBAC systems, or identity management solutions.

• Proficiency in API design and development, with a strong focus on security and scalability.

• In-depth understanding of authentication and authorization protocols.

• Excellent teamwork skills with a proven ability to collaborate across different teams and functions.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.
